Personal Seat License

Personal Seat License (PSL) denotes a one-time contribution and an agreement that will provide you with the right to purchase specific Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby tickets for a term of three or five years.  In addition to the annual PSL fee, tickets for the Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby must be purchased by the PSL owner each year to keep the PSL.  All PSL assignments are sold only as a Derby/Oaks package.

You may pay for your PSL in two installments.  50% must be received at the time of your seat selection.  The balance of the PSL fee is due February 28.  For the remaining years of the PSL term, you will be billed by December 31 for your Kentucky Oaks and Derby seats only. 

A variety of seating sections are available and range in price from $3,000 to $60,000 for the one-time PSL fee plus $230 to $912 for each Kentucky Oaks & Derby reserved seat.

PSL Transfer

At any given time, there can be one individual or entity, which is the PSL owner.  That PSL owner, however; has the right to transfer the PSL by sale, bequest, or otherwise, subject to certain restrictions stated in the PSL agreement.  A nominal fee will be required to transfer a PSL.
